Sheffield Armed Response Team is a police-themed airsoft skirmish team. They loosely base their kit, and tactics, on those of the South Yorkshire Police service’s Tactical Support Group. Established in early 2006, S.A.R.T. are instantly recognizable in their British police kit. In this respect the team is unique, as few other airsoft teams to date have attempted to faithfully follow British standards, instead opting for SAS or US SWAT loadouts.
S.A.R.T. members come from all backgrounds, including the TA and the Police. S.A.R.T.'s home sites are those of South Yorkshire Airsoft.
